State of Accommodation in Ghana: Ask A Housing Agent
November 21, 2016 @ 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM GMTGHc
What’s the state of housing in Ghana? According to a recent survey by Jumia House and Hacking Adulthood on accommodation, 45% of respondents live with their parents. Yet 89% would like to change their accommodation and housing situation. This is but a tip of the iceberg on a very important, but often ignored topic in Ghana.
From high rental fees and ridiculous terms to first-time home ownership, mortgages and the increasing dollarization of Ghana’s real estate market, the issues are many and varied. That’s why Circumspecte has teamed up with Jumia to give you the opportunity to get the answers you need during a Facebook Live discussion.
Join our creative director Jemila Abdulai as she talks to Property officer Christian Abbosey of CBC Properties about Ghana’s current housing landscape, challenges, prospects and what you ought to know. This is an online event in the lead up to the State of Accommodation event on November 23 at Impact Hub.
